I am a postdoctoral researcher in machine learning at MBZUAI, Abu Dhabi. I completed my Ph.D. in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Melbourne in 2025 and earned my M.S. in Data Science there in 2021. During my Ph.D., I was fortunate to be advised by Mingming Gong (principal), Wei Huang, Xi Geng, and Biwei Huang.
I study continuous-time dynamical systems through the lens of causality, particularly those governed by ordinary and stochastic differential equations (ODEs and SDEs), the natural language of physical, biological, and embodied systems. My earlier work established identifiability and causal inference for ODE/SDE systems in the observational space; my current focus has moved into the latent space, where the latent dynamics are observed only through an unknown nonlinear mixing.
